The commanding is one of the foremost important tools used for communications while working in a project. The power of command is something that is very much desirable. People do work when they get work in a subtle way & are not offended either, end up doing great work for their workplace. Hence Its the duty of the leader to make sure that commands should be constructed so that it can affect the business in a positive way.
